Do you have a warranty?
All products are guaranteed for 10 years but are expected to outlast the life of the typical building (100+ years).
What are your lead times?
Our standard range is on average delivered in 1 week (stock pending) from order.
Custom frames are generally within 10-14 weeks. However, there is a current backlog due to covid with a waiting time of approximately 6 months for custom frames at the moment.***
